Michele Gutting joined Re/Max in March of 1997, and over the past 14 years she has served over 1,000 families in Savannah and the Tri-County area. In December Michele received “The Entrepreneur of the Year” award for 2010 by the Savannah Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. In 2009, she received the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award, which puts her in the top 1% of Re/Max agents nationwide. Michele was voted Savannah’s Best Realtor in 2004 by Connect Savannah readers and Member of the Year in 2005 by the Savannah Women’s Council of Realtors! She earned the Top 25 Award with Re/Max of Georgia in 2000, 2001, and 2005 (Top 25 of over 4,000 Re/Max Agents in Georgia). Michele gives back to the community by contributing to several charities and organizations. A portion of every sale is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network. She is very involved with the real estate industry, having served as past chairman of Young Council of Realtors, past president, Women’s Council of Realtors, and as a director for the Savannah Board of Realtors. She attends local, state and national meetings to keep abreast of industry changes.

Michele provides “items of value” to at least 200 families every month, keeping in touch before, during and after the sale. To better serve her clients, Michele has earned the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Michele remains in the top 2% of all REALTORS® both locally and nationally. Michele’s husband, Paul, joined her team as a licensed REALTOR® in 2005. He is an Associate Broker with Re/Max Savannah and has earned his GRI, e-Pro and RECS designations. In 2009, Paul earned the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Certification to better serve our clients facing foreclosure or short sale. In 2010, Paul completed another Short Sale Training Course with the 5 Star Institute.
